A merchant member may cancel their contract or membership with 360 Solutions Financial Group by notifying 360 Solutions Financial Group in writing. Upon resigning from membership, the merchant agrees to remove all references and links to 360 Solutions Financial Group from the merchant's web site or application.

Merchant member acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name and URL) may be utilized by 360 Solutions Financial Group for that specific merchant's use or application. Possible uses include creation of links, development of agreed application.

360 Solutions Financial Group retains ownership and all rights to 360 Solutions Financial Group and the 360 Solutions Financial Group name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information.

Merchant members acknowledge that this 360 Solutions Financial Group account is part of the 360 Solutions Financial Group network, and as such, acknowledge that they will receive periodic announcements and information regarding their service.

360 Solutions Financial Group services are provided for 360 Solutions Financial Group merchant members only.

360 Solutions Financial Group reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the contract between 360 Solutions Financial Group and the merchant member.
